      <image:caption>I began my oil field adventures out of high school working new construction pipeline as a field hand on a coating crew in the hills of West Virginia. Little did I know where that experience would lead me. After working on the pipeline, I began studying business at West Virginia University. While in college, I was presented with an opportunity to grow a startup oil and gas company, which changed my life.  I decided to leave college early to pursue that opportunity where I took on many roles — working in the administrative side first, then establishing a human resources department, safety sector, and contract obligations. I found my calling when I began working in the marketing and sales area of the business. Building relationship-based sales is a passion of mine and has allowed me to establish on-going relationships with many great people all over the United States and beyond. The journey of friendships and experiences brought me to this new adventure. Now I spend my time connecting people, filling gaps, and growing businesses.</image:caption>
